Hi there I'm Pat, I'm 33, clean, quiet and mature and am looking forward to meeting you and your pets :)

I'm very thorough and organised and will have lots of time to take care of your pets and your place because I am currently not working. I always make sure I leave every house in perfect condition and my referees be able to back this up. I am also doing house-sitting permanently instead of renting so this is an added incentive to ensure that I take perfect care of your place, because I am relying on having good references to be able get sits in future.

I have another 3 referees who were very pleased with how I took care of their property and their pets :)
I also have a completed police check / criminal history check available upon request.

A little bit more about me - I love soccer, the beach and playing board games with mates. I don't party, I don't smoke and I very rarely have a drink. I prefer where I'm living to be a sanctuary and if I'm going to see friends I prefer to go out to see them.
