Hello. I regularly travel for work and to visit friends, family or go regularly to NSW to finish my Cert IV in Training Post Grad Degree which requires some class time and presentations/ workshops in Nth Sydney. I am going to open my own training business, so have had to now restudy some new areas/ topics/ subjects to get the latest degree course.
I also enjoy escaping the hot tropical weather, rain, storms, and crazy weather of our home in the Whitsundays, and coming to NSW to visit shops, beaches, friends, Blue Mtns, farm areas, my rels, Sydney harbour, and eat great chinese, yum cha and thai.
I am 53, and have been a real estate agent and owned my own agencies in sales and property management for over 25 years.
I prefer to stay a nice homely secure environment rather than a boring clinical hotel, and a bonus is the time with pets. I lost my little mini fox Holly about 10 months ago after 19 years and miss having a pet around so much.
Sometimes mum may come along also as she likes travel, shopping, seeing new places and keeps her from being bored at home alone.
Mum (73 years old Senior) and loves cats, small dogs, and caring for them and watching tv or reading magazines, or watering plants.
We will look at house sits from 2 -3 nights up to 1-2 months duration.
Prefer low set houses or apartments/ villas in safe secure areas.
We are property owners, quiet, clean, responsible, security conscious and love looking after pets.

The next 2- 3 months we are doing a lot of travels NSW/ QLD and staying at a mix of airbnbs, cvn parks, rels, friends, cabins, and will do a few house sits.
We have had a few house sitters of our own home, pool, and our own 2 small pets and it has been a great experience, and some have now sat 2- 3 x for us.

I shall need decent net access, somewhere to sit and study and preferable an office or comfy chair for being able to complete my study, plus check and send emails from my laptop for business a few hrs a day.

>We are happy to feed, water, pat, cuddle, check on pets regularly, bring in mail/ bins, water pot plants, collect eggs, vacuum, mop, and keep your place tidy. (We don’t do mowing/ whipper snipping, and not highly experienced with pools- but can scoop them and put in water)
