“Can't recommend Anise highly enough. Knowing we were stressed and sad due to a bereavement, she arrived with homemade soup for us all in case we hadn't been eating properly! So kind and thoughtful, meant a lot. From our first contact with her, Anise was kind, understanding, reassuring and a pleasure to deal with. She came at short notice, was flexible about dates and kept us updated throughout her stay with pics and stories about Rocket and Boots. She took amazing care of them. When there was an issue with our cat and a possible snake bite, she dealt with it calmly and efficiently and whisked him straight to the vets. When we returned home the house was immaculate, our pets were happy and well looked after and the fridge was full so we could quarantine at home.
