More information about this house sitter

First of all, we are seeking a longer term house - minding arrangement, as we are located outside of Sydney, and we want to make it worthwhile our travelling on public transport, as we do not have a car at present.

Now, about me. I am a retired former racing driver, winemaker, data base marketer, and company ceo - don't ask me, it would take hours! My loves, (apart from my fiancée), are wine and food including cooking, watching English and French movies, and spending too much time on the internet.

My fiancée is a lovely Germany-born French lady who is planning a wine marketing project, but whose main activity is making me very happy.

My other interests include travelling, (which is how I met my fiancée), learning foreign languages, taught to me by my fiancée, who is multi-lingual, scuba diving and music, for which I have eclectic tastes, and watching channels 2, 24, 3, and 33 on the box, but it could hardly be called that today, could it?

I am a dog lover, a cat lover, a bird lover, alpaca, horse, and gold fish friendly and I can tolerate pet snakes and pet slugs.

I like mowing but I dislike gardening unless the plants are edible, and not eaten by the pet slugs.

Over the course of my life I haved owned, and lived in, four houses, taking great care of them, as I would yours.
