...reliable, respectful, easy going, responsible, practical, and am enjoying life as i am now 66years.
i am clean living, non -smoking, 'like things to be organised'.
my interests gardening and plants, volunteer activities, swimming, sea kayak, bushwalking, reading, fishing, 30 minute snoozing, listening to music while cooking, and lawn bowls.

i have been a self-employed-tradesman, groundsman and gardener. 'been involved in volunteer programs: firefighter at CFA olinda, lions club and sailability program at mornington. i have also worked on aboriginal housing renovation programs in outback qld.

i am happy to care-for and enjoy walking dogs. cats are cool and i understand that they rule. walking dogs is an absolute bonus as i like to be active. my involvement with rspca, on a volunteer basis, has given me a lot of experience in minding, caring-for and understanding animals. i am intuitive to animals generally and have some experience on farms and outback stations.

i am italian and enjoy good-health and an active lifestyle. maybe a social drink with friends.
previously, for 18 years on a rent/bnb caretaker basis at a property in mornington as i moved there to care for my mother who has now passed away.

nowadays i am volunteer; managing and establishing tree-planting projects on old farms and open spaces re-establishing native flora.
i also have a first-aid certificate( just in case).

i am happy to be relied upon to water and maintain plants and gardens; i offer peace-of-mind and 24 hour access to communicate while you are away.

i have made myself available to do 'minding' because sometimes i like to take-a-break or a mini-holiday.
