Couple married for 40 years . Husband recently retired from bricklaying and I the wife am a nurse at Rockingham hospital . We recently sold their home of 25 years and are building in Mandurah have been staying with daughter and family but need our own space . We are used to having animals around and gardening , our previous home was on a biggish block with a pool so ok with that . We have a ten year old Cavoodle who is a friendly dog
