Hello,
We are a retired couple who now live on the Redlands in Queensland having moved from Melbourne 5 years ago.
We are planning to travel back to Victoria in our caravan for the Xmas break to visit family & friends, we travel with our 7yr old Border Collie Archie.
We are seeking a home/pet sit in Melb (North, East or Western suburbs) that can accomodate a 26' van on your property…. we are totally self contained & happy to stay in our van or in your home…. we would require power & water.
Our dates are reasonably flexible, we would like to arrive around the 21st Dec 2022 - 6th Jan 2023.
Our 'Archie' is super friendly with other dogs, cats, and pets as we have been pet sitting in our home for many years now….we can supply references if required.
Our dream would be a sit where there was a companion for Archie with a secure yard, plenty of space for the van, some watering & garden/lawn maintenance.
As we live in a beautiful part of the East coast of Queensland, we are open to any discussions of a 'House Swop'…. our home is modern, very low maintenance, has a spa, in the most friendly street and close to all shops & attractions (beach, Islands, theme parks, bush, city of Brisbane, and Airport).
We hope we can find a sit as there are not many caravan parks in Melb that are pet friendly.
