Hi, my name is Leeanne. I was born and raised in the Illawarra area. I work in Wollongong as a midwife. I am a non-smoker. I am well connected within the Illawarra and offer references to support my suitability for your needs. My interests include weekend trail walks, reading, jazz music, art exhibitions and taking long road trips around Australia. I am also the Organiser for the Meetup Group "Illawarra Gentler Pursuits". 

Why I want to house sit 
I am saving for my own home and love to travel, so house sitting gives me that opportunity. I absolutely love experiencing the different suburbs and country localities within the Illawarra.

House sitting also affords me the opportunity for traveling. I love exploring our great country so when my roster permits it I take off to distant destinations from home to the states north, south and west of home. I have  just been on my first cruise to New Zealand on board the Emerald Princess. It was wonderful. 

I have been house-sitting within the Illawarra on a full time basis for the last 3 -4 years. In that time I have house-sat on over 72 occasions from 1 week to 12 weeks. This has ranged from modern suburban homes to small farmlets with the usual farm animals etc. I am very house proud and always keep a clean and tidy home. I have experience in pool maintenance and garden care. I do prefer if you can organise a lawn mower guy for the period of your leave if possible.

I have looked after dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, horses, chickens, birds, ducks, guinea pigs, sheep, goats and and a couple of alpaca's. So if you have animals, I will give them lots of time and attention. I grew up on a farm and have experience with horses and general farm duties also. 

I am quiet, friendly, very tidy and organised. I have house-sat for many of my friends, colleagues and gained some new friends through house-sitting. I love having pets around me and having the privilege of caring for pets or larger animals while their owner is on leave gives me great joy.

I do not charge for house sitting, however I do need an internet or a reliable wifi connection. I provide all my own linen, consumables (laundry, kitchen and bathroom products) and food. 

Security: I am very particular about security. I do not disclose any address or details of my house sit clients. If I provide any previous house sit client details for a reference it is with the clients consent and knowledge that you may call them. I do not allow visitors to the home without prior consent of the owner. I do not have any pets of my own. I do not have parties. I prefer that  you provide details of family or close friends so if there is a concern I may be able to get assistance if needed. I prefer to have details of your preferred maintenance providers in the case of an emergency such as your preferred plumber, electrician, etc. I request an itinerary of your trip so I may be able to contact you if required. It is good insurance to meet your neighbours so they can meet me. 

If you have confirmed dates for 2017 - 2018 - 2019 please contact me at House Sitter Illawarra so I may block those dates for your booking. I am available to house sit within the Illawarra only.
