Hello,
Im a solo female, 53 years, no pets, non smoking, I work from home via laptop and mobile phone. I have1 car, I dont play the drums and keep to myself. However Im friendly and mindful of my surroundings and neighbours.

I have police check and vaccination records if required.
I do own property myself however that is in Queensland.
I have two adult sons that live in Melbourne that are working and doing their own thing in life. Im downsizing and checking out the scenery.
Im happy to follow your rules and instructions regarding pets etc. I am not allergic to animals. I dont have any pets myself but would be over the moon to love your fur babies
