We are a healthy, fully vaccinated, non-smoking, and responsible Australian/English couple, in our late fifties who are extremely clean and tidy, own our own home, neighbourhood friendly and will have the utmost respect for your home and possessions. We love the rural lifestyle, are active walkers and enjoy exploring the outdoors.

Noel has now been retired for three years while Wendy is nearing retirement. Whilst we live in Darwin, we have purchased acreage in Maleny and are currently planning our forever home for our retirement. We are regular visitors to the Sunshine Coast having parents and friends residing in the region. Due to the delays in the construction industry, we are wanting to relocate to the Sunshine Coast as soon as possible to take advantage of the great Queensland lifestyle. We are looking for house sits on the Sunshine Coast commencing in early 2024 with extended house sits in Maleny and/or the nearby area into mid to late 2024 while we start the first phase of building our own home.

We love the Queensland lifestyle, having both grown up here, and are looking forward to our return, especially to the Sunshine Coast region. We enjoy gardening and take pride in keeping our properties well maintained. We're quite practical and skilled too having undertaken several renovations on investment properties over recent years. We have a small classic car collection and have our own 4WD vehicle which is kept on the Sunshine Coast.
