Hi there

I am a fit, friendly. security conscious person with an eco friendly approach and love of animals and gardening. I maintain a tidy environment and would expect a house to be of a reasonable standard of cleanliness. my professional career background is in the engineering, construction and building sectors so I have a practical knowledge of building and property maintenance that would ensure safeguarding of your assets in your absence.

I am living a relatively simple life while a property settlement drags on. This gives me an opportunity to travel in the region. However I do need access to WIFI as I need to connect to the internet and by mobile phone for the consulting work I do on line.

My preference is for house sits of 4 weeks plus duration.
