We are Janet & Jeff who are reliable & honest people who are non smokers and enjoy exploring our wonderful country. We had previously been housesitters from 2015 to 2019, where we house-sat approx. 34 houses in this period of time and always had excellent feedback and the owners were always thankful for our services.. We looked after suburban properties & acreage properties, from Melbourne to Cairns looking after dogs cats, birds, lambs, cows, bulls, horses & chickens.

However over the last few years we have been living in our wonderful home in Harrington NSW. We now feel it is time to get back out there and do some more house sitting and explore new parts of our country. We raised our families in Woy Woy before having a sea change in Tassie. Then did our big house sitting adventure then settled in Harrington.

Jeff is retired and I am a Registered Nurse however I have just Retired Yippee

As home owners,we always use house sitter services for our own dog Molly and she loves staying at home with the house sitters. We are fully aware of the expectations of home owners of keeping a well maintained, loved,clean and happy home and caring for your precious animals. These expectations are a priority and a value we hold strongly.

We also have personal references and can supply references from previous home owners and current housesitters we have engaged with.

As well we are also very responsible people that have been involved in Rotary both holding positions of President and Secretary. Jeff & myself are also Paul Harris Fellow's which is a prestigious individual award for outstanding service. Jeff currently a radio operator and Treasurer for Marine Rescue Crowdy Harrington.

As housesitters we supply our own linen and ensure during our stay your house is always clean & tidy and fulfill any jobs you may require.

We will walk & feed your animals to their usual schedule. We may go exploring for a few hours during the day but always home during late afternoon and evenings So when you come back from your time away your animals routine will not have changed. Also if we go exploring we are happy to take your dogs with us if applicable.

We totally understand the home owners rule for no guests and we have always abided by that rule. We can catch up with family at their place.
