I am a single homeowner living on 5 acres. I have three grown children and 7 grandkids. I would like the opportunity to try to - “tree change” living in suburbia, close to cafes, shops, train etc to see if I would like to live in the area. I work in Joondalup, so would be really keen to try this area. I have a dog and cat, however they can stay on my property as I have tenants in my granny flat to care for them. I really love cats especially, so would love to look after yours. I am neat and tidy and would look after your house, pets & plants like they are my own.
