I’m Julia :)
I’m from Germany and took the leap to move to the big wide world, and now I’ve ended up here in Australia.
At home, we have a black cat named Sammy. He was born in 2016 and has become my little companion. Since I can remember, I’ve always been surrounded by animals, especially cats. Our first cat was already there before me and accompanied me in my early years. As soon as I was old enough to take care of the cats myself, I did. Since I was 9 years old, I’ve been responsible for everything: shopping, feeding, cleaning the litter box and bowls, and of course, the most important thing of all – cuddling.
For several years, I also helped a friend of my mother’s, who took in cats that didn’t have a home, especially pregnant ones, to give them a safe place to have their babies.
At 14, I gained experience with dogs as well. I helped care for the dogs and walked them regularly.
I’m excited about the opportunity to continue working with animals here in Australia and to bring my experience with me.
