Hi.
This is Tom. I am a retired professional from many years of working in the Police Service and Justice Department. I am honest, reliable, healthy non-smoking 67 year old that has loved travelling Australia by motor bike and caravan for many years. As well as traveling overseas to various destinations around the world. I have my own home in Goulburn NSW but I spend the majority of my time in Queensland predominantly on the Sunshine Coast based in Coolum Beach with my long term friend but travel through the Gold Coast to Hervey Bay and most areas in between. I have considered it to be good to start looking at house sitting in these areas. I am new to house sitter sites but have been involved with many Home Exchanges in Australia and overseas with my Coolum Beach friend. Also Airbnb accommodation where we have received 5 star reviews. If required I can provide a copy of these stays with written reviews.
During my life have had the privilege of owning dogs, cats, birds, chickens and sheep and in general I am an animal lover. So would look forward to caring for your pets since I no longer have any of my own, as well as caring for your lovely home and it’s surrounds. I have good knowledge and experience in home maintenance as I am a very fussy home owner. I have experience in external home surrounds maintenance and gardening including watering systems, pool cleaning and maintenance, can even clean out the gutters if required.
As I travel constantly I am able to meet most needs and time frames and only need normal car parking space -
While I love to sit and have a good yarn about nearly everything, I consider myself a good communicator. So I am well experienced and capable of looking after the homes of the fussiest home owners as well as the surrounding external and garden areas. Happy to send updates and pictures of your yards and lovely pets.
