Hi, I'm a mother and Grandmother (a youngish, fit, healthy one). I am a country woman - with some happy year's in cities as well - but country lifestyle (and capability) and quieter, nature spaces are my preferred choice. I don't often take a city or suburban position for these reasons - but occasionally they can be a good fit.

I've cared for many animals over the years, including my own - dogs, cats, horses, guinea pigs, chooks.. you get the idea. There was a rat at some stage amongst the menagerie that is country life with kids and a love of nature and animals!

I'm a loving straightforward, logical and earth caring woman - and I just love travel and adventures. This is what I currently do almost full time. I work mostly from my laptop and pen to paper writing books. Wherever I go - I tend to care for a space and home as if it were my own (I'm intrinsically a nurturing personality, home loving, with a lot of pragmatism). I'm currently traveling solo and housesitting with my little dog 'Milly'. She's brilliant with others and listens and learns quickly to whatever I teach her - particularly around other furry friends wild or domesticated, wherever we go. I've been house sitting dogs, cats, horses, various farm animals and even a snake in the last few years.

I'd prefer to meet or at least have a phone conversation to see if we're a good fit before confirming a housesit. I don't generally ask for any payment, unless the needs of the property exceed a free exchange of value. If all feels good for you and myself - your home and loved ones will be cared for well with all my heart (with common sense, wisdom and experience). I offer and ask for honesty, reliability and kindness for all.

I'm thorough beforehand so that we all have the best chance for a great experience - I'm clear on things and know whether I can do what is needed and enjoy my time whilst you can travel knowing I honour my commitments, genuinely care for and respect your home and loved ones.

I can refer you to some of my regular housesitting families, should you wish to chat to any of them as a reference also.

At the moment, I'm on a property caring for an aged blue heeler, Lucy, who I adore. (My 4th time here!) She requires a little medication and love, and she loves the company of little Milly! I'm booking in new positions going forward ready to leave here soon.
