Hello Mindahome family! We are a responsible couple based in Brisbane looking to help out with housesits for dogs/cats in the nearby area. We have plenty of references from local sits we have done in our Newstead/New Farm/Tenerife community Facebook group - and now we've just discovered Mindahome!


Kristine - Customer Success Manager for a National company and primarily works from home. Dog lover and expert planner.

Mike - Self employed performance coach who works from home. Animal lover / Cat expert / Plant caretaker (our house is literally a jungle)

We have a couple of weeks in between taking possession of our new property and returning from vacation where we are available to sit. (Oct 15 - Oct 24) (Nov 7 - Nov 19). We are also interested in future house sits to get away from the city for a weekend.

We have an amazing 4yo 5kg Toy Cavoodle named Poppy. She is timid and shy, and although she prefers her humans, she gets along with other dogs.

Kristine is definitely the organisation queen - feeding schedules, food types, making sure the animals are well looked after including grooming, medications, etc. Mike is the outdoors/active one, making sure the doggos get their walks or runs in and stay happy! (The animals always seem to gravitate towards Mike and his calming energy)
We are both clean and respectful of other's belongings and space - we treat your home as if it were our own.

We are non-smokers and have no pet allergies. Given that we both work from home, your pets always have company. And Kristine will most likely be sending you photo updates throughout if you need them!
