Hi there!

I'm Leah ~ Just finishished pet/house sitting a labradoodle for one of my cleaning clients who was away overseas for the month over the festive season with her family - Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the walks, pats and gorgeous sweetness that is Harley the labradoodle (makes me want to buy one!). It was such a lovely time.. and this time last year, I pet/house sitted for a beautiful golden retriever (who was a little unwell sadly, so I was to give him a strict diet and medication) in Sawtell, NSW for 11 days.

When my cleaning clients are away, they often give me the role of pet/house sitting - 1-2 weeks sitting for a client - a schnauzer dog, and 4 days or so pet sitting a half american bull dog/half arab . Both included 1-2 daily walks, feeding, putting to bed, etc.

Too, I got a paid 3-4 day pet sit for a 3 month old labradore in 2025, via Pawshake. The review as follows: "Daniel

We had to go away and leave our 14 week chocolate Lab for a few days on short notice. Leah quickly picked up our daily routine with all its quirks and showed great care for our pup, sorting all his food, potty, crate, sleep and safety needs while we were away and keeping our house secure. She was fabulous. A genuine kind human and a natural with our dog. Highly recommend."

More about me ~ I teach singing and clean homes in my local area, which I will be looking to do in Byron surrounds within the coming year (as I am in the process of relocating).

I used this site for a short while 10 years ago, (see notes below on these experiences), and am currently living in a lovely leafy area, by the bay in Melbourne, where neighbourhood cats, 'Reggie' and 'Mia' visit! :)

I walked my old bosses dog, Neelo, for a couple of months a few years back; too, I feed my friend's dog in the area, Alby, and hang with him on occassion, when they are away a few nights.

So am getting quite a bit of experience these days, which is fun! : )

10yrs back notes: Through this site Mind a Home, I was looking after a border collie, Jade for a month while her owner went to Kathmandu - it was so lovely to have her company/take care of her while it lasted, so now I am interested in house sitting and taking care of others peoples pets whilst travelling around. I am having so much fun doing this!

I am originally from the country and grew up with animals: cats and dogs (labradors) mainly. Can walk dogs, feed cat/dog, hang out.. I enjoy their company - so lots of talking with them and pats :)) I am very reliable, and trustworthy - so you can be assured your animal/s will be in good hands. Read more...
