Dear pet owners,

hi I'm Lucy, I'm a single person, with one adult daughter living in the UK, and I live in the suburb of Seddon.
I am 56 years years young, fit and healthy , also mentally and physically active. I I like to walk locally for my exercise, and also have a few exercises devices at home which I like to use everyday.
At this stage I'm not in a financial position to own my own cat, but I prefer to help others with the cat sitting jobs and the occasional fostering of cats.
I do really like caring for cats, and I enjoy their company. I'm tidy and organized, honest and reliable, patient and caring with your pets, and easy to get along with.. I value the work of a house-sitter, and understand the responsibility of my jobs. I did some house sitting in Queensland as well as recently in Melbourne, and also did some fostering of cats this year in Melbourne during 2023. I also owned an indoor cat at my previous home, who I was quite close to, so I understand the care that's involved with looking after your pets.
I grew up on a large rural property in Somerville, Victoria, with a large variety of pets, and really loved them. These included: dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and a few others!
I'm single, with no work or family commitments - so I am definitely able to commit to the length of the stay, and reliable in the jobs I commit to.
The recent photos below show me at home in November of 2023, and also a picture of my recent foster cat.
I have a current Blue Card and police check, a current drivers license, and character/work references all uploaded, aswell as poppies hard copies of these.
I started in my new volunteer job at Travelers Aid this year in 23 , and received a new police check and blue card for this position.
