The Marks family is a close-knit group of five originally from Cape Town, South Africa. They moved to Melbourne, Australia in December 2022 for a better quality of life. Dad, Lesley, works in IT, while Mom, Carmen, is currently studying for a communications degree. They have three children: Jada (13), Miguel (11), and Rafael (10).

The Marks family loves the outdoors and enjoys spending time hiking, biking, and camping. They are also big fans of the Melbourne Cricket Ground and often go to watch cricket matches. In the future, they would love to visit Sydney over the Christmas New Year period to see the harbor and the Opera House.
The Marks family is also good with pets. They have had a dog in the past, and they are all animal lovers. They would love to get another pet in the future, but they are waiting until they have a more settled home in Melbourne.
