Non-smokers, mature, responsible, independent, honest and reliable. We are respectful of home owners belongings, and level of cleanliness upon departure.
No animals please. Light mowing okay.

I have a prompt list of regular duties and instructions of likely home owner requirements. We welcome owners who have their prepared instructions of requirements of what is to be done.
