I am mature-age female from Qld. I have loved Tasmania since living there many years ago but raised my (now adult) family in Qld. I have visited over 30 times and know Hobart very well after spending most summers there, connecting with family and friends. I usually house-sit for friends, but that opportunity isn’t available this summer. My good friend Kerry Shepherd, also a mature female, usually joins me, so we do require two bedrooms. We are both neat, environmentally-conscious, clean-living, non-smokers. I often have a car on loan, so a car space or garage is ideal. I am a passionate animal-lover - there are three dogs in my family and have also had chickens, guinea pigs and aviary birds. I can provide whatever references you need.
