Mature, reliable,quiet, clean woman home-owner and I am a counsellor, working online with my clients and had some rent money coming from my property, but back for a short while from overseas to clean up my place after tenants trashed it, so need a quiet space to sleep. Going to return before Easter but I can't overdo the physical work at my place and have a lot of computer work to do, so I can keep all dogs, cats & other animals/gardens company doing that and viz versa :-)

Have my EV car which I only charge when I'm at my house . Look forward to hearing :-) Francess

In past year, I've been house-sitting alot in Europe, because I’m very good at looking after garden, animals, farms and have just built an extension on to a small garden flat to retire into on my property in Perth, West Australia. It’s home-made with strawbale, render and recycled woods. I was born onto a farm, and was an agricultural exchange Canada & Europe 1985-6 after working on many farms in West Australia.
I fix, design and make all kinds of things from re-used things and grow all my own vegetables, grapes, mandarins and other fruits, biodynamically. I just turned 61 yo so I am wise and calm.
