More information about this house sitter

I am a queer human and ex-farmer studying somatic psychotherapy. I have 10 years experience housesitting, farm sharing, woofing and caretaking with a focus on rural and farming properties.

I am highly skilled in animal management, gardening, tree maintenance, land care and farm management. I have worked extensively with both pets and farm animals.

I have a 'green thumb' and very much enjoy spending time in the garden. I have managed a number of working farms including vegetables, trees, poultry, pigs, cattle and of course cats, dogs, birds etc. I understand animal and plant systems and am comfortable problem solving if things go wrong.

I am currently sitting in Melb while I apply for more permanent housing here or near Castlemaine (which is turning out to be a challenging process!). Any sits that I am accepted into are of great help to me, so thanks in advance!

I work and study online and spend my spare time cooking healthy meals, practicing mindfulness, walking, riding my bike, reading and taking more than the occasional bath.

I love to have the company of interesting and lovable animals - getting to know them and all their idiosyncrasies.

I am very tidy and considerate of how others like to exist in their homes. I am honest, resourceful and observant. Should you choose me, your gardens and animals will be in capable hands!
