I have recently semi retired and thought this would be a good way to see different parts of the country. This will help me decide on an area I would like to stay permanently.
I have a house near Nambucca Heads in NSW that I have been renting out for 10 or more years so have a good understanding regarding how home owners like their property to be looked after and respected.
I am a printer by trade but have done many varied jobs in my life. I owned an organic farm where I had angus cattle and grew organic cauliflowers and cabbages. I can weld, fence drive a tractor and all things associated with running a farm. I have an excavator license a forklift ticket and a HR License. In my younger days I used to play cricket and surf. I have extensive workshop equipment including a metalwork lathe, milling machine, mig welder and various other pieces of workshop equipment. Lately I have been making stationary steam engines and in the near future will be starting on a 9 cylinder radial aircraft engine. I don't smoke, gamble or hang out at the pub or clubs....have better things (model engineering) to spend my money on. I am a quiet person with good morals and values. Read more...
