Non smoker and non drinker my health condition.
Loves pets, everyone have a preference and mine is dogs but I have looked after many many houses and animals and everyone loves me - I have never heard a complaint!
Quite introverted as of my studies, Grad, Post-grad and PhD.
I used to cleaning pools as part of my house keeping.
My hobbies include gardening(Frangipani and Bonsai), Piano and Symbolism.
I am a clean person however I also operate several small businesses where I locate work for domestic house cleaners - so I always organise you house to be professionally cleaned for longer stays, I also run a chauffeur company so most people going over seas usually get something organised with me if they use me and want it.
Provide me with a detailed shopping list (I can even have a prepared home meal) for when you return.
I am happy to meet prior to house sitting, Skype during, agree to property condition reports

MUST have wifi due to work and studies.
Pets no dramas - If they need walking PERFECT, I need walking! - I prefer houses with pet insurance, I have spent $5000.00 on someones dog as it was bitten by a spider. I will not hesitate and have the means to ensure your family members health if I know this - Please have proof of cover however.
