As long term vegans (20+ years), we love all animals and are willing to look after any as long as their care is not too complicated.

Balint grew up caring for canaries and budgies, and his parents ran a small hobby farm that included cats and dogs, and farm animals. Since moving to Australia, Balint has helped pet sit cats, dogs & farm animals for friends on holiday.

Sandy has looked after cats and kittens since she was five years old. She has also cared for two dogs - both border collie or kelpie x breeds. Her family raised chickens at times so she has a little experience. At work, she has often had to feed the fish that lived in the clinic.

We are nonsmokers/nondrinkers, quiet, clean, early risers, and interested in health-promoting lifestyle habits. We also love a good internet connection, and off-street parking.

Both of us are good communicators, responsible, and respectful of our own and other people's stuff and we prefer good written routines and details during any sitting so the animals enjoy their time with us, and vice versa.

We give preference to those with secure fencing for dogs, and cats that can be kept indoors.
