AVAILABLE FOR SHORT TERM NOTICE TO HOUSE SIT.

I am now available to house sit from April 03, 2017 even with short notice.

I am a professional mature single Australian woman who is available to look after your home, garden, and if needed also care for your precious small pets.

I am available for house sits on the Gold Coast, (areas close to the ocean) of 2-3 weeks or longer if needed. These areas particularly, Southport East, Bundall, Main Beach, Labrador but if you have a home outside of these areas please do contact me.

I am available until August 31 2017.

Since I have owned small pets (dogs) for decades I understand the deep close association pet owners have with their precious pets and this is why your pet will be cared for as if it were my own.

I have no children and am a non smoker.

For 9 1/2 years I have looked after an apartment in a Main Beach building on the Gold Coast but have also looked after homes while the owners went away in other areas.

Previous Experience:
House sitting prestige homes of Diplomats in Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco, at times for 6 or more months; was house sitter for other people’s homes in the US; since then sporadically in Adelaide, Cairns, and Gold Coast. I have exc: References.

I am an author of several 'help books'.

Having owned homes I am fastidious about taking care of my home as well as respecting other people's property including house sitting other people's home.

It would be a privilege to look after your home while you are away and if needed your pet(s) also. Please contact me to discuss your house sitting needs.

You will see in the photo I have a tiny toy poodle who is 10 and she is house trained, very well behaved, clean and not a yappy pooch, and is very quiet. She is a joy and when people meet her they agree. Importantly poodles do not shed hair.
