Dear House Owners,

I am a happy and easy going person. I enjoy gardening & the outdoors, I had a pet dog for many years in the past & am an animal lover. I am a clean as you go type person, especially with kitchens & bathrooms. I own my own property which I am currently renting out, so I well understand the sensitivities & concerns of owners who may be letting someone else into their home for a period. I am respectful, quiet, neat & tidy. I have an eye for spotting any problems (maintenance wise) that may occur before they get out of hand. I am trying to write books for kids & so live a fairly quiet existence.
