We are a happy and active retired professional couple (architect and senior public servant/researcher) with a passion for travel and animals. Patrick grew up in Guernsey in the Channel Islands before moving to the UK and then Australia, while Lee was born in Australia but went to high school in England and lived there for many years. After a total of 27 years in Brisbane and Sydney we have recently moved to Ballina on the north coast of NSW to be closer to family. We own our own home and are financially secure.

Having regularly travelled overseas, we know first-hand how important it is to have trusted, capable, and loving carers look after your pets, house and garden while you’re away. Now that our time is our own, we would like to offer this service and peace of mind to others while at the same time getting to see more of this amazing country of ours. We are experienced in caring for pets and homes of all shapes and sizes so you can be confident that your treasured pets and property are in safe hands.

As our referees will testify, we are very honest, reliable, respectful, and trustworthy. We are also very tidy and well organised.

We have a mature fox terrier (Alfie) who travels with us whenever possible. He is clean, very sociable and well behaved. He (and us) have received many glowing reviews from Airbnb hosts around Australia (see below). We are happy to also provide details of character referees for ourselves.

We are fully vaccinated and can provide up to date police checks.
