We are a young retired couple, Paul and Betty. We have travelled to Australia to visit our son many, many times. These trips have given us the opportunity to explore your wonderful country and to meet its warm and welcoming people. We are looking forward to spending much more time in Australia over the coming years and plan extended trips to Perth / Fremantle each year between Oct and Feb.

We have signed up to Mindahome in the hope that one or two home owners will offer us the opportunity of looking after their home and their pet(s) during our trips. Although fairly new to formal housesitting, we have previous experience having twice house sat for a lady in Fremantle looking after her small Brussels Griffon dogs, but this was a private arrangement through personal contacts. We have also sat near City Beach caring for a Labradoodle and two cats.

We are healthy, active retirees who like to keep busy. We live in the suburbs of SE London in Beckenham and maintain a large house and a large mature English garden. Like our son, who has embraced the Australian lifestyle, we enjoy the outdoor life: camping, fishing, water sports, swimming, golf and much more.

So, if you need a housesitter for a week or two, or more, over the Christmas break, please allow us to take care of your home and your pet(s) while you are away, safe in the knowledge that both are in safe, capable hands.
