More information about this house sitter

New here but experienced Housesitter, 6x/yr avg.

Why do I get repeat sits from homeowners who have hired other sitters in the past?

--- When possible, I leave the home cleaner than the state the owner left it in. I'm orderly, clean, respectful.
--- I'm minimalist with electricity: no aircon summer, no winter heater, timed hot water showers. Most days are One-meal-a-day, so little kitchen use. I use mostly my only my own food.
--- Experienced with dogs and cats behaviour and positive reinforcement training. As a pet artist, I have to be. For your dogs, it's lots of enrichment activities, playtime and basic command training. Your routine and training style will be maintained. For cats, it's learning their personality and adapting to it.
--- Remote worker, hence can be securing your home better and mitigates any pet separation anxiety issues.
--- Security industry experience.
--- Very physically fit, makes for more daily walks for your pets if warranted and plenty playtime and ability to handle multi large strong dogs (or many small ones) on their harness. Finding out there's access to gym equipment/weights, road bicycles etc, makes guarding your property even better.
--- Have managed homesteads.
--- Pro Artist specialised in pet portraits. Good chance you'd like to immortalise your furry mates with some artwork adorning your house.

On acceptance I like to videocall and / or sent a video message pertaining to instructions for care if it's easier. I often arrive shortly before you leave so you can walk me through it.

Hoping to connect with you.
Chris
