More information about this house sitter

I grew up on a farm, had a pet cockatiel for 18 years and have travelled a lot and been privileged to look after many different homes.
I have looked after puppies, cats, peacocks, chickens, birds, guinea pig, you name it! ? I love animals, which is a big reason for choosing to house sit, I love snuggly cuddles, play time and walks. My dream pet is a duck ?

*During some weeks in 2024 I will be in QLD, so I will be expanding house sits to that region.

What you should know about me
- I’m a 3rd year medical student (so I have my police check, working with children’s check and a hyper attention to detail)
- I love to live in a clean space and treat a space like my own home.
- A side hobby is organising spaces (I've considered becoming a professional organiser)
- I will be at your home morning and evening, but will be out for some parts of the day.
- I value open and clear communication, so I will always be direct and honest with you and I appreciate the same

Lifestyle choices:
- Due to dust allergies I'm quite OCD about cleaning, daily vacuums and cleaning my surroundings is part of my daily routine.
- I have never and never will smoke or drink
- I eat a plant based diet and love to cook
- Love a social gathering, but not a loud party environment
- I am studying to become a nutritional advisor on the side
- Recharging = long walks, cuddles with pets, cooking a meal and sitting down with a hot drink and a good book.

What you can expect:

- Initial contact: I like to have a conversation over the phone first so that we can confirm that we are a good fit for each other. Then if your location is within my proximity I can come in person or we can do a FaceTime.
- Regular updates with photos of your pets so you know we're doing ok :)

Some details I will need to know:
- Pet names and routines, activity, diet and any other specifications such as medications
- What makes them (pets) feel safe, calms them down, and/or treats they love
- Will they be ok if I am out for part of the day?
- Details on indoor plant care
- Wifi details/access - I am mostly studying/researching :)
- Parking (I do this full time so I do need a place where I can park)
