I am an active retiree who spends most of the year on my boat but like to settle down at times in the one spot. I have had cats and dogs in the past and enjoy gardening. Walking dogs suits my lifestyle. I don't drink or smoke and am fit and healthy. Looking after a house is a way to experience different communities and is something I have enjoyed greatly. Just amending this now - have sold my boat and live in SA.
