I am a semi-retired Physical Educator who owns his own home and has let my holiday home at Orford on the East Coast of Tasmania for the past 20 years. (google 'Orford Escape' for pics & details)
I have successfully let this Orford property out on short term accommodation stays and fortunately I have had numerous repeat stayers. (I have been cleaning for my Orford property for the past 24 mths as my 2 previous cleaners of past 18 yrs are no longer available)
So I understand the how to respect and maintain a property.
I have always had pets and would love to look after some if required to, + would not have an issue treating your place as mine. (Positively that is!)
Would like to house sit on Sunshine Coast late April/May '24.
