I am a 23-year-old female possessing a recognised qualification as a Personal Trainer. I am the founder of 'Wholesum Active,' my own Online Coaching Business, which is dedicated to promoting Holistic Health principles. I also host free monthly hikes for women in Cairns. The group is called, 'Mindful Movers FNQ'.

I currently live with my partner, who manages his own Landscaping Business. In addition to managing his social media and content creation needs, I concurrently engage in casual employment at Iron Strength Gym. Within this role, my responsibilities span across various domains, including social media management, administrative tasks, and cleaning.

For the last 12 months, I have committed myself wholeheartedly to the pursuit of triathlon training. Under the esteemed guidance of 'TriMotivate,' I successfully achieved my first ever 70.3 Ironman event. I have previously competed in half marathons, indoor rowing, and powerlifting.

A significant portion of my time is devoted to a combination of work, exercise routines (triathlons), spending quality time with loved ones, and grounding in nature.
