We are Colin and Lina Perini.
I am a semi-retired artist and recently closed our gallery on the Gold Coast after 12 years and so, we are now free. We are non-smokers.

I am an artist and we sell our art each weekend at local markets. We work off quality art at low prices and have a very good turnover. I have sold over 3000 paintings in the last 16 years.

My wife, Lina is very house proud (almost scary) and you can be assured that your home and your pets will be in very safe hands.

Prior to leaving the Gold Coast we had a home with 1.5 acres of garden, trees etc. so I am well experienced in yard maintenance.

Currently we are house sitting in Temora until Nov 2013. After that we are available.

We have looked after homes on the Gold Coast, Canberra, Burra NSW, Young NSW and are currently on our 3rd sit on a property in Temora NSW. We prefer to be within 2 hours of Canberra so that we can attend the Bus Depot Markets every Sunday.
