Hi everyone,

My name is Koa, and I’m new to the area, having recently moved here with my family, who are also local. While my new home is in its final stages of construction (due to be completed early next year), I’m offering house-sitting services to anyone heading away over the holiday season.

If you’re looking for peace of mind while you’re away—knowing someone is keeping the lights on, collecting your mail, and taking care of the bins—I’d be happy to help. I’m flexible with timeframes, though I do prefer a minimum of one week.

A little about me: I’m 38 years old and work in finance technology, splitting my time between the office, working from home, and meeting clients. I’m responsible, trustworthy, and take great pride in maintaining a clean and tidy home—which I would treat yours with the same care and respect.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, reformer Pilates, beach walks with my dog( please note I will not be housing with my dog) , and spending quality time with my niece and nephews.
