Hello! I'm a trustworthy, friendly and reliable house/petsitter who works from home (3days/wk) - so I'll be around your home and pets more. From Jan 2024, I am moving my psychology practice online, and my son is turning 18 (Feb), which means I now have the freedom to explore our great country - yay!

I'm happy to care for and play with your pets, water your plants and care for your home. I'm a friendly, positive person, early to bed and early to rise. I've had dogs, cats, birds and fish before. I understand the care of these animals and love engaging with their unique personalities.

In addition to being an animal lover, I'm also a nature lover. My home in Southbank Qld is lovely with the river and botanic gardens, but I'm very open to exploring other beautiful locations.

I'm happy to chat and answer any questions you have - I want you to feel safe having me in your home. Although I'm newer to MindaHome, I've been a property owner and understand the importance of caring for a property I am staying at. Also, hopefully my profession as psychologist (20years) gives you some more information on the type of person I am. I'm not looking to party in your home. I'm looking for a home-away-from-home to help get out and enjoy life. I'm a non-smoker and rarely drink.

On occasion my 18 year old son may accompany me if it fits with his university schedule - he's studying Computer Science in 2024 and is a kind, mature young man (who LOVES cats lol). I would of course check this with you beforehand - and this will likely only be on university holidays as he will be busy studying. I have included a photo of my son and I on a recent road trip to Bundaberg.
