I can provide a clear national Police check, a real estate reference from my landlords of 9 years, professional references, and personal references from neighbours and for pet-minding.

I love and cherish animals and am excellent with them.

I live a very quiet life and can assure you there will be no parties or gatherings in your space. I do not smoke. I have absolute respect for the privacy and property of others.
