I am a married self employed physio and an outdoors person who loves cycling (preferably on gravel and in remote locations.)
We are non smoking / non drinking with skills in gardening and property management. We have 3 kelpies and 3 horses and a 45 acre property of our own on the NSW South Coast.

We want to trial locations in more dry/ arid climates as we are considering a permanent change in location due to my post bushfire asthma. In addition to that, we are keen to explore the country side on our push bikes.
May also we open to house swapping depending on location and timing.
