I am a house owner. I don't smoke, and only very occasionally have a glass of wine.

I currently have a pet cat, and previously have had both dogs and cats.

I will respect and care for your home (and pets if you have them), as if they were my own.

At home when maintaining my lawn, I use a battery operated lawn mower (not a 'pull-cord' ignition system). I can't use a whipper snipper.
