This is James and Sonja - happily married for ages. James is of Scottish origin, Sonja is German and Australia has been our home for decades. In recent years we’ve been housesitting abroad and have now over a hundred 5star sits behind us through an European housesitting agency - now back downunder we joined mindahome for local options.
We are reliable, trustworthy with sober habits and are sensible people. We are quiet and homely but also enjoy meeting people, we love caring for animals and enjoy looking after homes and gardens - giving the owners peace of mind that their pets are well cared for and their home protected.
We are self funded retirees owning property in Australia and Germany making us aware of owners concerns. Also we used sitters ourselves for our former pets in the past, so we understand the importance of feeling assured that your animals and home are in good hands. All our many hosts have been very pleased with our services and enjoyed returning to happy, healthy pets and a tidy home.
You could not wish for better caretakers!
