We are an active, reliable, trustworthy, non-smoking Australian couple who are starting the retirement phase of our lives. We enjoy travelling and discovering new places.
We have been homeowners for over 45 years and have previously owned rental properties. We have dealt with a number of home improvement projects and have successfully resolved the odd emergency in a timely manner.
We have also owned a sailing catamaran and lived aboard for 8 years in SE Asia, so we are familiar with problem-solving in unfamiliar surroundings.
Noel particularly enjoys gardening and worked as a golf course Greenskeeper and owned and operated a garden and landscaping business in Western Australia. He is very familiar with most lawnmowers (including ride-on mowers), brush cutters and their maintenance,
Tina, a primary school teacher, has recently retired from full time employment as the Head of Junior (Primary) School at a rural boarding school. Tina has a natural attention to detail and is the organiser in our family,
Noel has also retired from working with the maintenance team and driving buses at the same school. He has owned several rural properties and has spent a number of years working with horses, cattle and pigs.
Throughout our lives, we have owned or cared for a number of animals including alpacas, horses, cattle, goats, dogs, cats, cockatiels, rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks, chooks, budgies, fish, blue tongue lizards and even a tortoise! We understand most pets are happier being cared for in their home environment.
Over the last few years, we have had the opportunity to enjoy a number of house/pet sits in Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, New Zealand and Thailand. We are a very conservative stay-at-home couple, who will look after your home, belongings, gardens and pets as we do our own.
We can provide regular photos and updates of your property/pets if required.
Our commitment is to look after your home and care for your furry, feathered friends as you do. Together, we will keep your home and gardens clean and tidy, so you can relax on your holiday.
