Hi there!

We are a couple living and working in Melbourne who have been house sitting for the past 6 months. We absolutely LOVE animals and have lots of experience minding others, having our own, and handling pets with special needs. We fell into house, pet and babysitting for friends, family and strangers whilst in between homes and enjoyed it so much we want to continue doing so.

I help run the clothing business 'Kinki Gerlinki' which has 3 stores in Melbourne. I'm the Head Designer there and have been for the past 7 years. Maintaining cleanliness and warmth in the stores I manage as well as our home is something I understand very well and ensure to keep your home as homely as it was when you left. My partner Henry has been working for the past 3 years coordinating events for disadvantaged & special needs children through a number of Rotary and Lions community organisations. Henry is currently working freelance for similar groups. Our work hours are very flexible, enabling us to work from home when we need to. At least one of us will be at home at all times which is great if you have a pet that needs extra care and attention.

We both absolutely love animals, we've had our own cats and dogs as well as cared for others pets both short and long term. We're very used to walking dogs morning and evening, and giving cats what they want at all hours! :)

Henry and myself are non-smokers who enjoy a quieter life with most evenings spent in. Our interests lie within the home, the arts and snuggling with furry friends. It's our first time on the site, all of our other jobs were connected through word of mouth, and we're happy to give references upon request, we have quite a lot. We've attached a link of reviews/references from the Air BnB homes we've occupied so you can be assured we will not only take great care of your pets but your home as well.

We understand what it feels like to leave your pets at home whilst away, so we're happy to keep in communication with updates and photos of your pets if you'd like (we'll be taking plenty of cute pics of them anyway:)). We keep a very clean home whether it's our home or not, that's very important to us. In saying this, we're not precious about getting our hands dirty in the garden or cleaning up after animals. All of our pets have been in door, and all of our homes have had high maintenance gardens, so lots of experience there.
