Retired solicitor and wife, Simon & Verity (both mid 70's), fit and active, non-smokers and social drinkers who live in Adelaide, South Australia.

We have owned our own homes in London and Adelaide, are keen gardeners and consider ourselves houseproud, honest and conscientious. We both love travelling and living in new places and minding pets is a bonus for us as we don't have any of our own now.

We have travelled extensively throughout Australia and Europe since we retired in 2007 and have now done nearly 80 housesits over the past seventeen years and have been invited back to nearly every home we have minded. We have done housesits in Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany and England and of course many in Australia, including quite a number of repeat visits.

We both love animals and will give them lots of attention and cuddles. We are “home bodies” these days so can spend lots of time with your pets.

We were booked to go overseas this month, but because of an accident my sister suffered recently we cancelled our plans and will now travel in September. However we had arranged for a friend from overseas to come and live in our home and rather than let him down we are looking for housesits locally or around the Victor Harbor region.

We are fully vaccinated and have now had five jabs.
