We are a family of four with two gorgeous girls ages 7 and 9 years. We are non smokers and as parents we are conscious of maintaining a clean and tidy space and teaching our children to respect the space of others. Our children are well behaved, kind and just adore spending time outdoors with animals both large and small.

We have a background in caretaking houses and large properties, off grid cottages and tiny homes (with and without electricity).

We spent the entire year of 2018 housesitting with our small children and have many references. We have also house sat on and off over the past 2 years. in this time we cared for domestic and large farm animals.

We are currently travelling in our camper trailer and are totally self sufficient (except for toilet and shower) and are more than happy to “camp” in the yard with access to toilet amenities if needed. We are travelling with two very tame small guinea pigs which we keep in a travel cage and are strictly outside pets. We understand that cats and dogs can find them tempting(!) and take complete responsibility for their wellbeing and safety. Thus far they've survived!

Background:
Casey grew up on a large property in Australia with horses and is an experienced horse rider & handler. Casey's experience with animals not only includes her own farm upbringing but also many years working as a young girl with the local veterinary clinic aiding in consultations, house-calls and surgeries. She was also a member of WIRES caring for native birds and wildlife and completing the Snake Handling Course in 2012.

Nahuel is from Argentina and has spent much time fixing up and maintaining properties. In Argentina he traded as a licensed electrician and as an assistant plumber and gas fitter. His skills also extend to carpentry and handyman work. We are both avid gardeners with Nahuel having completed various courses on biodynamic gardening in his home country where he was the live-in gardener in a large community food garden. In Argentina both Casey and Nahuel managed a hostel where duties included cleaning, reception and a large amount of general building and outside maintenance.
