Hi!
We are a married couple of 40 years. We live in Maleny on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Steve is a pensioner but stills works from home as a IT software trainer. Nikki has a hospitality background, her own Interior decorating business , is a professional artist and a disability support worker. We have chosen to rent most of our married life and are very fussy tenants, our criteria is for fussy landlords. We always look after our rental homes immaculately and hence have lived in many beautiful homes and often rented directly with the owner/landlords. We are non-smokers and drinkers, have no pets and are honest and trustworthy. We are happy to provide references upon request. We are happy to care for your plant babies and your fur-babies. We love dogs although we are selective, but unfortunately no cats!
As the rental market is in crisis at the moment, we decided to look into House sitting as a means of finding accomodation. Alternatively it is a way for us to get about and explore new places, visit our children and grandchildren and in turn care for your home. We have now engaged in several house/dog sits from the same owner (Bronwyn Boorhaman, reference listed) and this has proved to be a mutually agreeable arrangement.
Nikki is happy to engage in cleaning of Air BNB's if attached or take on other paid work if available.
We both possess Working with Children and police checks- available upon request .
