I have been recommended this site from a friend as a fantastic way of working in Melbourne, helping others and enjoying the company of pets too.I am really keen to house sit.
I am a neat and tidy person, mother of 3 beautiful children, happily married, non smoker, enjoy cooking, reading and love walking every day to keep fit and my dog fit too.
My dog sadly would not be coming with me for house sitting unless my husband brings him down for a short visit. This is mainly because I am working in Melbourne for a 6 month period which is new for me but my primary residence is Wangaratta where my husband lives (and Toby our Pomeranian/fox cross).
I will be travelling alone and that's one major reason why someone's home would be lovely and reassuring and their pets' beautiful company while I am away from home.
My daughter (25) and son (18) are in Melbourne so may visit occasionally but they are mindful and respectful of other people's property. Also they love pets!
I have a car for travelling.
I am also a host on AirBnb which my husband will maintain. Feel free to check out my profile as a reference too.
I have a small dog but have owned a beautiful cat and another dog in the past. I also had sheep, cows and horses to care for whilst younger.
I really look forward to meeting some great home owners on this site and been able to help them out as a house sitter. This is now something I feel comfortable about utilizing myself when I finally have some holidays.
Also through my work it is mandatory that I have current police and working with children checks so I am happy to supply a copy of this for you. Any references can be supplied as well.
