Conscientious, respectful, animal lover(cat owner until recently), non-smoker, very clean , neat and tidy. I have been house-sitting on and off for a period of 10 years, with home ownership in between. I am very particular about looking after property and cleanliness. I am a quiet person who loves nature and being creative, also love gardening, so I am fine with a lawn mower, whipper snipping. I have been gardening for 20 years or so, have good knowledge of watering needs of different plants if that is required. I can supply verbal references and a police check.
